a Resource and look to me like a document that contains a glorified
version of meta-tags.
I don't know much about it other than that, and would like peoples
opinions? Do search engines currently look for .ror files?
It looks as though it could be a useful protocol but only if search
engines use them... Of course it will be open to dubious search engine
spamming practises just like most other forms of meta information.

That's the second time I heard of this, also the second time today.
It's very new. Too new for me to have formed much of an opinion
anyway. I suspect the word gimmick will come to be associated with it,
maybe even, transcient gimmick, but, like I say, it's too soon to have
much of an opinion.
