Does anybody know google or another searchengine would punish me, if I'd use
a word many times in the alt text behind my image links?

For example:

If I would built a website about beer,
and use images for the folowing links:

the alt thags would be something like:
the beer agenda
the beer forum
beer on the net
beer recipes

Is it posible that google or other searchengines wil punish me for the use
of the word beer on every link?

Some feel that Google does a "Keywords Density" report on pages within your
site as a result of the new Algo.

We do see evidence that they place a greater precedence on on-page elements
than they have in the past two years so this line of thinking is supported,
if somewhat tangentially.

Just after the "Florida" update, many thought their sites vanished as a
result of "overoptimization" which in many cases included "keywords
stuffing" or derivatives of it.

In the past few weeks, I have not read any comments that pertain to this
issue so it may no longer be as much of an issue for most.

If Google bans you for writing about beer, let me know and I'll find myself
another search engine.
