Google seems to have changed its method of PR again recently. My competitors
sites seem to have their index PR propagated to all their other pages in the
top domain e.g. PR X PR = X whereas
mine drops by one for each of these pages.

Has anyone else noticed this recent change?

Really good internal linking can do that IF you have a PR that is at the
high end of it's integer.  (That probably didn't make any sense.)

If you have a PR of 5.11231234234, your subpages will probably be PR4.

Of you have a PR of 5.94939438473, your subpages may end up at PR

Of course, no one knows just how many digits are significant.  :)
