Borek showed you how to place a link to a certain part of a document.

The link to the document with the referer to the particular part:
<a href="usability.html#ut">Usability Testing</a>

See the #ut?  That is refering to the part in the document.

In the document "usability.html" you can then give the part to refer to
an id. In this example that would be "ut".

So somewhere in your document usability.html there is a part known as
"ut", for example a paragraph:

<p id="ut">This is the part i want to link to</p>

Oh, right. The landing part of the document has <h4 id="ut">Usability

So I think we are in sync here.

I have two on my site,. Between them both there are over 5000 links.
Both PR4. No problems.
