in terms of optimising, you'll need to ask the translators to bear
repetition of the keywords in mind when doing the translation. Otherwise
it's the same in every language, keep the signal to noise ratio high.
as for submission, it varies between the different search engines...some
will require a local domain...some will only want content in a particular
language...some will crawl
