google is using your directory entry in the mozilla open directory project
(dmoz.org / ODP) to describe your site in the google search result page. here is
your ODP listing:
other search engines use ODP content in this way as well. to disable this
behavior, you can use a special meta tag that will be respected by google and
some other engines after they reindex your content:
<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOODP">

Oops, I misunderstood. I thought you were saying that the phrase "voice
changer" did not appear on the page at www.triplebit.com.
Rereading, I see you are just wondering where the description Google uses
below your link comes from.
As Sean says, it comes from DMOZ. Sometimes Google uses the DMOZ
description, but other times they use a snippet of text from your webpage,
or your meta description.
