I'm looking for an online search engine (like Alltheweb, Google, etc)
which indexes the (x)html documents with all (or most of the) html
tags, in order to create requests on the value of a element or an
attribute. As an example, I want to retrieve websites created by a
special tool (named toolname):
<meta name="generator" content="Powered by toolname"/>
which is unpossible with Google for example. Its advanced search
feature enables you to search within the title (title element value),
the text, the URL and the links (href attribute value).
