use the word 'speed trials' as often as possible in my sites content get me

the term? thanks all

I don't think you can be excluded for having a high density of your keywords
unless it is obvious spam. Generally it seems that keyword density is
becoming less important as a factor for rankings.

It's much more important that people link to you using "speed trials"
in their link text. And if those pages linking to you are also linked
to often, then even better for you. Your site will become an authority
on "speed trials" because the web likes your content.
