I have emailed them and asked them to remove their horrid links to my
site but as yet they haven't.
It means that if you click from the bottom link on
then you can't use the back button.
I've got this .js file I use across most of my sites (And wouldn't
take me long to add to the rest of them tbh.)

I don't know what flavour server or coding you are using but have a look at
the following and you'll hopefully get the gist.

Using server variables you can identify where links are coming in from - so
therefore you can deal with the offenders as you see fit - ie: redirect them
to another page - the contents of which I'll leave to your discretion. This
can easily be done from the global.asa file, which site invisably behind
your site and has many uses, counters, no people on-line, referrring urls,
keywords etc etc
