make sure it was optimized for Google. I have been reading a lot of the
stuff that has been written in this newsgroup as well as various
webpages/forums, so I like to think that I know what's good or bad to do
Anyways, when searching for the word "Dicon" the webpage only shows up on
page 5 in Google. The webpage doesn't have anyone linking to them (except
for my own homepage) and I realize that has a lot to do with it. What I
don't understand is, if you search for "Dicon" you will see the webspage
www.dicon.es in place number 5 on the first page. First of all, according to
the search engine optimizer at http://optimiser.123promotion.co.uk the page
is poorly optimized, the page starts with a Flash introduction and nothing
else, and the page doesn't have any inbound links. How the hell did the page
receive such a fine ranking then??
Perhaps I should mention that the page I created www.dicon.dk is database
driven (ASP) and title tags differ from page to page. But still, creating a
database driven website should be o.k., right? Generelly I fail to find
information regarding optimization of database driven websites. Any
suggestions or links are highly appreciated...
