With the release of a unique cooperative initiative has
been established between 24 organisations in the development arena.
The partners in this initiative are: African Studies Centre,

Insitute, Nordic Institute of Asian Studies (NiAS), Overseas

and Rural Cooperation (CTA-EU), University College Dublin, University
of Illinois (Center for Global Studies) and University of Sussex.

Practitioners, researchers and students in the area of global
development studies are supplied with a new gateway to the Internet
with regard to development matters. provides high quality

librarians, researchers and practitioners working in participating
institutions, and on the other hand the bookmarks of individual
