I have several sites for various companies which I have been trying to have
listed on dmoz.

Can anyone advise me on the status of these sites. / / /

One of them has so far taken nearly a year.

I thought that the terms were that you had to wait at least 6 months before

I asked after a month. It's the only way you will find out what is happening
with your site. They will probably tell you if you are in the correct
category or if the editor has shifted it to another category. The first site
I submitted hung around for ages until I found this site, but got listed
very quickly after a short thread answering a few of the editors questions
about the site. However one of my other sites has been hanging around for
over a year so no guarantees. In my experience it is worth it as you
suddenly find your site listed in all sorts of directories that are based on
dmoz. I don't think it helps directly with traffic but indirectly I'm sure
it does.

The nowhere to be seen might be queued up in unreviewed.  I guess the
lingerie sites are in busy cats!

Hope this helps.
