We are in the process of launching a site selling sightseeing tours in
London. The idea was to make it as easy as possible to book a tour or tours.
We have the choice of two front pages
The first one you are straight into it, the second looks prettier and has a
faster download time but puts an extra click into what people are looking
Which is the better prospect for good seo - we want to be first page on
Google for London Tours and London Tours.
I'd go with the second one. Images are known to sell things more
However, I think you have generally too much "bumph" text on your site. Cut
back on the non-essential promotional text and just say it like it is
My site is popular enough to merit a PR7 google ranking.
To advertise on my popular site, email email@example.com
(remove extra o's)
Keep the text there a lots of keywords in there I would bold a few of
the important ones SE like clean code you have a few errors use your Alt
tags more creatively "Click Morning London Tours - Buckingham Palace and
seeing the Changing of the Guard" is much more useful to visitors and SE
fixed fonts is not a good idea think of your target visitors middle
aged yanks all with ageing eyes don't make it harder for them to read
what you have to offer
