editor gives estimated first page bid estimates of £2 to £3 for these.
What is confusing me is that for the keyword for which I've optimised
(reasonably successfully) my page I get a quality score of 6. If I change
this to "Exact" I get a quality score of 5. This keyword is in two headings
and one strongly emphasized list item on my landing page. Is this perhaps
the problem - does it look spammy?
The other thing that is concerning me is my appallingly low CTR of 0.06%.
I've read that low CTR can impact on SERP - if so, it's like paying Google
(albeit not very much at the minute!) to lower my ranking. Of the back of
that, is there a way to set a MINIMUM CPC? I'd rather get through my monthly
budget more quickly and actually have some meaningful clicks than have my ad
languishing on page 6.
Any info/advice appreciated.
