I know links from another web page carries a lot of weight in terms of
keywords. But how about linking from one place on your web page to another
place on that same page (usually used so the user doesn't need to scroll).
Anyone knows if this type of "linking" ("internal page linking" as opposed
to "internal site linking") carries extra weight in terms of keywords:

<a name="hoho">hoho</a>
text, text, text..
text, text, text..
text, text, text..
<a href="#hoho">Up to hoho</a>
text, text, text..

Personally I would think not...
