Hello. When I go to search.msn.com., the bottom row of commands is missing,
including "Search Builder", "Settings", and "Help". They only appear after I
make a search. Now at home, this isn't the behavior. When I go to
search.msn.com, I see all the commands. Why the difference? Thanks
