Here is

I have 3 frames which load files from different locations say:
frame1: dir1/test1.htm
frame2: dir2/test.aspx
frame3: dir4/dir5/test.html

Is there a simple way to specify the global stylesheet (say
styles/global.css) to be used by all the files in the various
directories?

I do not want to use

<link href="../../styles/global.css" rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css">
and so on for depending on the folder where the file is located.

I would also like to avoid adding a reference like say
http://mysite.com/styles/global.aspx as the files may be moved and
deployed across different websites.
