I am trying to copy colders to a DVD. It says to remove the right protect or
use a new disk. How do I remove the write protect? What is it? Any help
will be gratefully recieved.

A new blank *writable* DVD :-)

Hi everyone and thanks for the replies.
No, it is not a new DVD. I already have folders on the disk but cannot add
to them. Sorry about the 'colders' it was a senior moment.
