I purchase kaspersky internet security 2009always showing out of date, I told
computer to the shop and person told me it was becasue I have 3 virus.

Having 3 viruses shouldn't effect your product's legitimacy. It's an anti-virus
program. If
anything, it should have removed the virus before it had time to effect
anything. Kaspersky is
typically a very good program. I'd be surprised if this actually was a fault
with their software.
