If you want to copy contacts from one pst file to another, simply select the
contacts (for all contacts press Ctrl + a) and then copy (click Edit ->Copy
or click Ctrl + c), select the folder in which you want them into and paste
(click Edit -> Paste or ctrl + v)
If you wish to move them then simply drag and drop the selected contacts.
One suggestion, since you are going to merge two sets of contacts, it is
advisable you apply a category before you do the above steps that way you
will be able to easily identify the contacts that have moved from the pst
file. To apply a category across all contacts, select all the contacts,
right-click and click Categories and apply a category... example: "John's
Contacts". For more information -
