If it's working right, it doesn't require anything on the command line. Off
hand, I can't think of anything that you could have set up wrong on your PC
that would cause this. You might want to double-check that you have a clean
download of the setup file, if it was downloaded. Otherwise, you should
make sure that you are logged in as an Administrator and try running
setup.exe from an MS-DOS window (just to try to make sure you aren't
accidentally adding garbage on the command line).
