is their a best practice for adding security groups to a printer? or is their
a document about that subject?f.i. at my company,they want to ad the everyone
fc to the pritnes. i dont want that,but i need to found that.

I would definitely NOT give everyone full control to the printer. Then
anyone could reconfigure the printer and delete other users documents from
the que, etc unless that is desired for some reason. Regular users need only
print permission which will also gibe them the ability to print and manage
their documents.

i agree with that.But ui need to build that. Isnt there any official
microsoft documentation that specifically instrucs not to use fc for
everyone?

The info in the link below may help though it may not specifically mention
printers the principle is the same. Users should only have the least
permissions necessary to do their job.

btw, is there any microsoft documentation about using everyone for printers
with whatever sewcurity rights??
