can you connect both a ppc and a smartphone on to 1 pc ? I have an imate jam
and a motorola smartphone - and I am in two minds which to keep. If you
could sync files to a smartphone the choice would be easy.

is that possible ?

Hey David,

As SkUk21 said, you can connect several Windows Mobile devices to one
computer and sync. with it. However, you can connect only one device at
a time (if you were wondering). Also, I'm not certain what you mean by
"Syncing" files (sort of new to the PPC/SP scene), but I'm sure you
already know that you can use ActiveSync to explore the mobile device
and transfer files to it that way.

Well, thats my 2 cents, hope it helps!

Cheers,

Faust.

thanks, is there anyway to automate it like on the ppc ? it is the only
feature I really really miss. I have a 1 gig card too which is not getting
good use :)

Oooh, 1 Gig of manual transfers - there's one afternoon wasted :P. I
dont believe that this feature exists (another post about this a while
back). Perhaps there's a third-party program out there, but I've yet to
see one. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Cheers,

Faust.

Yes - I used to connect an Axim and a C500, however Activesync will
only connect to one at a time.
