 i have a samsung blackjack and installed pocket msn on it awhile ago. since
then my phone was accidentally hard reset and on redoing everything i cant
reinstall pocket msn. the installer says its already installed but ive
searched the entire phone and theres not a sign of it anywhere. anyone have
any help it would be much appreciated.

 Try the Add/Remove programs in ActiveSync (under Tools) on your
desktop. Chances are that Pocket MSN is listed there as an installed
application. I cannot check right now, but you should have the option
to re-install it to your device. If not, uncheck it to remove it on
your smartphone and run the installer again.
