I was wondering if someone had already looked into building an
installer to install a simple HTTP server (eg. shttpd.sourceforge.net)
and PHP for Windows with SQLite included.
I have a small web application that I'd like to give to someone, but

I like apache friends - xampp. Once downloaded, it installs - at your
selection - apache, mysql, php, phpmyadmin, and more. Available for
windows and linux that I know of, possibly also Mac. It may be more
than your friend is looking for, but it is SIMPLE to install and use.

So why don't you just build him a package with what he needs and give it
to him? It's not that hard.
