I'm running FreeBSD 4.10 stable. I upgraded to php 5.03. Now when I run php I
get the following types of messages:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
I get the same messages for the 12 modules that I updated.
In /usr/local/lib/php I have:
drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 1536 Dec 20 13:58 20040412
drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 512 Dec 20 14:00 build
drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 512 Sep 15 10:31 pear
Now much of php doesn't work. How do you fix this?
Re: unable to load dynamic libraries
What did you upgrade from?
PHP 5 isn't binary compatible with PHP 4, and PHP 5.0.3 isn't binary
compatible with 5.0.2 or prior (just did an upgrade here and had to get a new
version of the module for ChartDirector, for example).
If you have the source for the module, rebuild them, or get new binaries from
whatever location provides them.
