the instructions read as follows:
To install the mysqli extension for PHP, use the
--with-mysqli=mysql_config_path/mysql_config configuration option where
mysql_config_path represents the location of the mysql_config program
that comes with MySQL versions greater than 4.1.
I do not have any idea what this means. Can someone help.
Re: Trying to install mysqli extension for PHP
On my server:
andyh@server:~$ which mysql_config
So, I'd use --with-mysqli=/usr/bin/mysql_config
In fact, I just used --with-mysqli, since mysql_config is in a "standard"
location that the configure script found automatically.
