I have a foreach loop in a function that uses each array value to fetch
a value from another array, and I am getting "undefined index" warnings.
The standard error parameter "errmsg" reports the array value, but
that doesn't contain enough info to identify which array member it is
working on at the time, as several of them are identical. If I write a
custom error handling function, how can I report this?

Why do it the hard way? Just output the index you're currently working
on before using it. When you're done debugging, remove the echo.
