Hi there,
could you please advice on a good quality PHP5 and MySQL5 web hosting  
service (shared)?

Im with oneandone, they support both php4, and php5.

page.php = php page,

page.php5 = php5 page

Pretty good as can then use both versions (though not sure why you
would want to).

legency code. that's the only reason i can think of. which makes you  
wonder why aren't more hosting companies offering this?
