- ODBC not working with PHP under Eclipse

I'm trying to debug a simple page of PHP under Eclipse, with Zend
I'm working on a local machine with Windows XP, IIS and SqlServer.
The problem is:
- if I run the PHP script directly from a browser, it's all OK (I can
connect to a db using odbc and execute queries).
- if I try the same PHP script from Eclipse, I get an error as soon as
I call an odbc function; to be specific, I get this error: "<b>Fatal
error</b>: Call to undefined function odbc_connect() in <b>C:\Inetpub
\wwwroot\PhpLab\TestODBC\TestODBC.php</b> on line <b>5</b><br />"
It seems that Eclipse can't see the odbc extensions.
Do I need to configure Eclipse or the debugger in some way? How can I

Re: ODBC not working with PHP under Eclipse
I actually look at it that when running from the browser you are
running it "indirectly", since it is actually the properly configured
web server that is running it for you.
It sounds like in Eclipse you are trying to run it directly using php
configured through Eclipse and for this, as Jerry said, you should
look to the best source of Eclipse advice.
When I debug php, I use either Notepad++ or Eclipse to trap the
execution on the web server.
See the first link on this page: http://delicious.com/Captain_Paralytic/eclipse
and here are details for Notepad++
