directly from my browser as:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml " lang="en"
xml:lang="en"><!-- InstanceBegin template="/Templates/index.dwt"
<?php echo("Hello World"); ?>
I expect to see 'Hello World' but I see a blank page instead.
