What would be the meaning of the '@' in @mysql_query()?
I did not find googling, I miss some keyword...

It prevents any errors that might be raised from being displayed.

@ in front of any PHP function suppresses error messages.

As well as suppressing error messages, it will return false if there
is an error. That way you can handle errors that would otherwise
trigger error handling, including ugly error messages on output and
crap in your logs. With an @, you can use use the statement in a
condition to take appropriate action after the error messages is
