index.php not executed

Threaded View
I just migrated from Mac OS X 10.4 to 10.5, and I have my setup
working with the default Apache and PHP installations and I just
installed mysql. Everything seems to be working, except when I point
my browser at my local copy of my index.php file, which shows up as
the raw php code. All other php files execute properly. If I rename my
index.php file to index2.php, it works correctly.

I'm thinking I missed something in the PHP settings or something, but
I'm not sure what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, clear your browser cache - ensure you are actually seeing
the new page, and not just redisplaying an old one.

If not, that's a strange problem.  I guess I would suggest starting with
checking your Apache configuration (see alt.apache.configuration).  PHP
can't process the script if Apache doesn't tell it to.
