Is there a way to do it?
setcookie("cookie_name", $cookie_value, "", "/");
setcookie("cookie_name", $cookie_value, "0", "/");
and of course none of them worked.
I can't move the page that is setting the cookie to the top level
directory of the site, but I need the cookie to be available to couple
of page there.
Is this doable at all?

The manual says:
"Because the expire argument is integer, it cannot be skipped with an empty
string, use a zero (0) instead"
So, do not use "0" but 0.
