Generating GPG mail

I want to get a webform to encrypt the mail it sends us using our GPG
public key. Is this something I can do within PHP or do I need to call an
external program? I can't find anything on PGP or GPG in the PHP help file.
At the moment the form just generates plain text mail using the PHP mail()
function. I wondered if the PHP SSL functions might be able to do the
encryption since they work with public/provate keys but I'm not sure the
key types are compatible.

Did you try google? There are at least 2 packages I'm aware of which
will handle GPG signing, both rely on having PGP/GPG installed and
configured correctly with a valid key chain on your server.
