I'm hoping someone will give me the latest info here about PHP policy
to enable extensions. [Preferably not -
"Move them around under C:\Windows until it works ..." ]
I've installed PHP5 in C:\PHP

So change it to your PHP extensions directory:
extension_dir = "c:/php/ext"
