ext/soap & ws-security/ws-messaging

I'm working on creating a soap client that will call a service which
requires ws-security & ws-messaging.  I've played around with
extending the native functionality of ext/soap and have also given the
wso2 wsf/php (http://wso2.org/projects/wsf/php ) framework a pretty
thorough once-over and, while I can get my soap headers fairly close
to where they need to be, am finding both options to be less than
ideal.  I've only briefly looked at Rob Richards xmlseclibs (http://
code.google.com/p/xmlseclibs/) stuff but perhaps that's the next thing
I need to run down.

Can anyone offer some advice/insight on their preferred tools for
implementing ws-security and ws-messaging in SOAP calls?

Re: ext/soap & ws-security/ws-messaging

After posting last week, I spent some quality time with xmlseclibs and
found it to be exactly what I was looking for.  I had to customize a
few things for the specific implementation I was tying into but found
it easy to work with and full featured.

Rob Richards' xmlseclibs:
