It's been a long time since I've written any CFM, and I'm replying
mostly because I don't think anyone else will!
If I were to do this, I'd write a library of php function equivalents
for CF tags (more likely method calls to a class). I don't think most of
the functions would be hard to write as much of cf is just data
manipulation. Then I would plug in a function/method call in place of
the CF tag.
If you are not an experienced programmer, you'd have a steep learning
curve, and might be better off rewriting from scratch.
