php.exe -r "phpinfo();"
from the command line shows
Configuration File (php.ini) Path => C:\php\php.ini
Running phpinfo() from a browser through IIS shows
Configuration File (php.ini) Path C:\WINNT
There is no php.ini in the C:\WINNT directory.
This still occurs after restarting IIS with
net stop iisadmin
net start w3svc
What needs to be changed so php.ini is picked up by IIS?
Re: Browser and CMD line report different php.ini locations

I had the same thing happen when I started a local copy of php/Apache. I
resolved with a "what the heck" and copied the php.ini to winnt so it would
find it in either place. Hack? Yes. Works? yes.
