After many many years I have just put in service an old laptop with
Windows 98, to use its serial port, so I could leave it as a terminal
I then immediately found that the people from ActiveState kindly
charges $999, to get access to old versions... it wasn't like that a
couple of years ago!
I went to my server and found an old installer so I am good with
22.214.171.1249 multithread working on the old laptop... but now... I cannot
use the ppm repository from them! Nice people...
I went over alternative repositories and installed all what I
needed... except for a working Tk.
Does anybody know where I can get a repository for 5.6 with Tk in it?
Any help will be gladly appreciated!

Fortunately I was able to use perl2exe and then use the exe at the
Win98 laptop. So I will be able to do something at least,
unfortunately for debuging I have to convert to exe every time...
which is a huge pita... but better than nothing anyway.
