This is a copy of the file '.packlist' located in the Win32 directory.
When I upgraded Perl (just a couple weeks ago), I followed the instructions
and deleted all of the directories that were supposed to be deleted,
before installing. I had not installed anything Win32:: specific untill
that error was generated, at that point after downgrading to Win32::API .20
the error no longer occured. My next step will be to try installing a
..ppm of the newest version of of this module, but why did the bundled module
fail like this? After browsing the MS site for 'memory could not be read',
I feel it may be due to a bug in .net framework 1.1 sp 1.
