There is no CPAN module that will do what you need, especially since you
have not defined what you need. Your example was insufficient to do
that. Maybe you can use Parse::RecDescent, if you want to write a
freeform parser, but who knows?

Hmm,.. hmm... From the first POV the data doesn't seem to be that
freeform, but from the other POV if list of valid keys can be known from
some other (already processed) value,.. I'd failed to think about
