1st requirement:
Business Analyst with 1009 tax or Tarp or government regulatory

The 1099 is a form issued by a broker or barter exchange that
summarizes the proceeds of all stock transactions. The sale of a stock
will be accompanied by a gain or loss, which must be reported to the
IRS when you file your taxes. Specifically, figures from form 1099-B
are used on IRS Form 1040

The client needs to provide a solution for the regulatory requirement
to provide cost basis reporting information on Form 1099-B. This is a
regulatory requirement beginning January 1, 2011. The client needs to
provide a process that will reconcile Year-End ("Y/E") transactions.
The IRS has mandated a new Cost Basis Reporting ("CBR") requirement to
be phased in over three years for various security types. The first
class of securities of this phased-in approach identifies Equities
(Foreign / Domestic) and Foreign Mutual Funds as covered securities
beginning January 1, 2011

Looking for someone with business background from a Brokerage
perspective in Year End Tax (1099B) reporting. Knowledge of the new
IRS regulations for Cost Basis reporting in 2011 is a plus along with
some knowledge of Cost Basis portfolio systems. The position would be
as Product/Project manager with a myriad of responsibilities.

-              Business Analyst/Requirements writing skills
-              Process Client product enhancement requests
-              Day-to-Day support of Y/E product
-              Day-to-Day Client production support
-              Product testing in coordination with Product Assurance
-              Staying on top of new regulations in the Industry
-              Supporting other BR business areas, i.e. Sales,
Conversions, Account Management

We are specifically working on a project right now that encompasses
the incorporation of Cost Basis data into our Y/E 1099B reporting. The
consultant we bring in would be dedicated to that project. We are
specifically looking for that person to help with the following:

=95             Looking for someone that is experienced in documentation
that can assist with user manual updates, Year End Publication,  Mock
ups of reports. An added plus would be if they had some technical
background but not required.  Will also be trained in reading and
interpreting  the files associated with Cost Basis to further assist
and support Client=92s during UAT, QA and Production.

Must have solid communication skills=85

2nd Requirement: Back Office-Settlement BA

Will have settlements background, DTC, DTC Settlements, Back Office
Functions, Settlement Systems, Securities Transfers, Bank Loans, Prime
Brokerage Systems, Cash Account MGMT System, HTH Funds Wiring.

The potential position in settlements area would also require a
candidate that possesses the aforementioned Product Manager skills
with particular focus on:

-DTCC clearance and settlement
- Physical settlements knowledge of ESS and New York Window
- DTCC (DRS) and Physical Transfer
- CNS and non-CNS buy-ins
-Prime Broker processing
-DTCC Bank Loan
-Stock Loan/Stock borrow
