If you don't use private_tempfiles, then you can get the name of the
tempfile that underlies the handle like this:
my $temp_name = $cgi->tmpFileName($cgi->upload('file_input'));
Then you can pass that filename to whatever you want, or re-open in
whatever manner you want and pass that handle to whatever you want.
You could even make your sub that encapsulates all of this for you,
if you find it too tedious to do by hand. And submit this new
functionality as an addition.
I don't know what considerations when into making their own light-weight
file handle package "Fh". It would be nice if they were documented.
Maybe they are still valid, maybe not.
