reading SheetToGo files on PC

hello
my Palm TX was lost or stolen and the SheetToGo files are not readable by
DocumentsToGo on my PC
do you know an utility to convert to xls at least dbf or txt.

if you have valuable files on your Palm, advise  to no longer use DocumenstToGo
