Hi,

I am managing a .org domain for a UK site. It has been going for a
while and I have done some SEO work and find that, for example, it is
listed on #1 spot on google.de but google.co.uk does not list the site
on page 1, 2 or 3 which is strange. I can't figure out why this is.
Can anyone explain? Can I do something about this?

Thanks

Christoph

Is it a genuine .org? Or is it a business site that couldn't get the
.com or .co.uk? Not that this is necessarily significant, I hasten to
add.

Well, it's a charity in the UK and the org.uk was taken, although as
you say, I can't see that this would make a difference?

Is it hosted on a UK based server? If it's not then I suggest you move
it to one and then it should rank in UK searches.
