 I have one PCI slot availabe on my computer but it will be difficult to add a
extra tv tuners, so i was wondering if there's any singe tv tuner card with
dual tuner capabilities availabe?

 The NVIDIA NV200 supports has two NTSC tuners and connections for two STBs
if you are not going to use an antenna or cable connection.

also, Emuzed Angel makes one, I have it in dual tuner and would rate it OK.
But I shouldn't complain because I don't really watch TV on my computer,
just record and burn DVD's which look perfect when played back on a TV.

I own eVGAs NVTV Dual Tuner PCI card and really like it. You should check it
out. I also like that it ships with NVidias DVD decoder that's compatible
with MCE2005. It's not the latest version but at least you can start watching
TV and DVDs out of the box without needing to purchase a decoder.
