 anyone else syncing Outlook 2003 with a Treo 700w (Verizon
v.1.22)? Syncing has stopped working since i installed
Office 2K3's sp3. It connects and the ActiveSync app
shows "looking for changes," but it stays that way. My
last successful sync was prior to SP3.

Try deleting the partnership on your device, soft reset and connect
again.

thanks, deleting the partnership did it! I am back in
business.

i had already done the soft reset, so i skipped that part
this time.

Did you try a "detect and repair" (or "scan and repair" or whatever
they call it in 2k3)? A slightly corrupt .pst file will often work
fine in Outlook but wreak havoc with synching.
