Okay so the layouts I make with tables don't display correctly in all
browsers...
yet neither do the ones created using css. There is no perfect solution is
there?

P.S. Any better site that is free besides anybrowser.com? Sure it showed my
css layout screwed up but it only did once with no specification of which
browser was which. Is that even worth my time to check on?

bah - you know the answer already. KISS.

However, as others have suggested, consider carefully the meaning of
"display correctly".
