This same question has come up from time to time on the newsgroup, and I
think we determined that the answer is no. The bind-address option
limits access to exactly one IP address.
If you need a more flexible configuration, do not use bind-address, but
instead use a firewall (e.g. ipchains if you use Linux) on your host
that runs MySQL server to specify which hosts can access MySQL's port
